In the field of ticketing, INOS offers consulting services, operational services and ticketing systems for cultural and sports organizers. The core of this is our Snapticket brand, under which various state-of-the-art ticketing technologies are implemented for our customers.

The Innovation field is our company’s own innovation platform. It offers entrepreneurs a framework for implementing independent business ideas from the Intero environment. This provides employees with a safe playground for expanding the Intero Group’s range of services to market maturity.

In the field of Consulting Operations we support projects of our customers mainly in the fields of:

  • Purchasing and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Our customers range from global DAX 40 corporations to very successful medium-sized companies. Together with our own clients and colleagues of the parent company Intero Consulting, INOS addresses current challenges of their corresponding projects. These include for example the transformation of IT (e.g. introduction of cloud services), the negotiation of large contracts between the customer and their suppliers as well as outsourcing service providers, or the implementation of regulatory requirements.

Consulting Operations focuses on the following five support categories, in which our business analysts and experts take on operational tasks and cover sub-areas:

Operational Project Support

In this category, we bundle a wide range of support services that arise in everyday project work, from data collection through interviews or surveys, contract analyses, the preparation and moderation of meetings to the preparation of documentation and concept studies or the assumption of operational project controlling.

Line Support

For INOS, this means not only supporting projects in the short term, but also offering medium and long-term solutions for our customers that enable a smooth transition from the project phase to the production line.

Tool Support

In this support category we offer coordinated expert support in specific IT application areas such as low-code development, front-/backend programming or BI and database applications.

PMO Support (Project Management Office)

Means for us the set-up and execution of the project secretariat including all arising activities from scheduling, communication control to reporting.

Agility Support

Stands for our services specifically tailored to the agile project environment. In particular, we focus on the assumption of agile roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

In the Ticketing business segment, INOS offers consulting, operational services and ticketing systems for cultural and sports event organizers. The core of this is our Snapticket brand, under which various state-of-the-art ticketing technologies are implemented for our customers.
