Collection of personal data
In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.
Processing purposes and legal basis
Generally, we only process your data if you contact us to answer your questions or to conclude a contract with you. If a contract is concluded, we process your data to fulfil the contract. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para.1 sentence 1 b) DSGVO. Beyond that, we do not process any data from you. The provision of your data is neither legally nor contractually required but necessary for the conclusion of the contract and its fulfilment. There is neither automated decision-making nor profiling according to Art. 22 DSGVO.
Data rights
Right to information: you can obtain information from us at any time about the data we have stored about you.
Right to correction: We will correct errors in the data we have stored about you at your request.
Right to deletion: We will delete the personal data we have stored about you at your request, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory provisions on the storage of data from business transactions (retention periods).
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of the data we have stored about you, if one of the conditions set out in Article 18 -DSGVO is met.
Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your data under the conditions of Article 21 -DSGVO.
Right to data portability: You have the right to data portability under the conditions of Art. 20 DSGVO.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent in accordance with the provisions of the DSGVO in the case of Art. 6 para.1 a) or Art. 9 para.2 a) DSGVO.
Right to complain to the supervisory authority: You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority responsible under the DSGVO.

Retention periods and deletion
Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose associated with the storage. This purpose may also result from legal requirements (retention periods for data for documentation purposes).
After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or the legal retention periods have expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted.
Transfer of data to third parties
